We want you to be completely satisfied with your packaging order; if our chipboard boxes or folding cartons do not meet your specifications, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed or bespoke sized orders are generally non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details regarding the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the unused cartons in their original flat-packed bundles and protective outer packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned stock, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
